So you know that thing where you hard core overindulge on say… a large Wendy’s frosty because, ok for no good reason at all, and the next day you feel totally guilty. Follow that with a salad to rid the guilt. I mean, make it a good day today at least right? But then you remember that you have croutons and before you know it you’ve downed a nice big salad and an entire bag of delicious croutons because you went back for more after the salad was gone. And so begins the cycle of guilt again. So bottom line – Note to self – screw it and have a glass of wine or two or whatever!
